REINDEER MEET & MINGLE – A calm and close encounter with a reindeer
Reindeer Meet & Mingle is a peaceful and personal experience with full focus on the reindeer. You’ll get up close, pet and feed our reindeer, and learn about their personalities, behaviour, and their important role in Sámi culture.
During the guided visit, we share stories about the reindeer’s life, the changing seasons, and everyday life in reindeer herding – at a relaxed pace suitable for both children and adults. This experience is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, intimate and animal-focused encounter.

REINDEER & MOOSE MEET – Encounter two of the North’s most iconic animals
Reindeer & Moose Meet lets you experience both reindeer and mooseduring the same visit. The focus is on animal encounters, highlighting the contrasts and similarities between the curious reindeer and the calm, powerful moose.
You’ll have the chance to pet and feed the animals, take part in a guided visit, and hear stories about how reindeer and moose live side by side in the northern landscape. This experience is ideal if you want variety, more animals, and a broader insight into Arctic wildlife.

REINDEER & MOOSE MEET WITH FIKA – A warm and social experience
This is our most atmospheric and social experience, where encounters with the animals are combined with storytelling, flavors and togetherness.
After meeting the reindeer and moose, we gather in the grill hut. Here you will be served gahkku (Sámi bread) with dried reindeer meat and cloudberry jam, together with coffee, tea or juice.
When weather conditions allow, we light an open fire, creating an extra cosy and atmospheric setting.
During the experience, we share storytelling about reindeer, moose, Sámi culture and life in the North.
An experience for those who want to stay a little longer, listen, feel and truly take in the atmosphere – not just observe.

REINDEER WALK – Experience the calm of the forest
Join us for a peaceful walk together with our reindeer through the forest.
At least two reindeer will walk with us, giving you plenty of time to get close, pet them and take photos.
Experience the quiet nature while spending time close to these gentle animals.
A calm experience where the pace is adapted to both the reindeer and the group.

REINDEER WALK WITH TRADITIONAL SÁMI FLAVORS – A deeper experience in nature and culture
We walk together with the reindeer through the forest at a calm pace.
At least two reindeer will join the walk, giving you time to connect, pet them and take photos.
During the walk, we visit a natural spring where we collect fresh water, just as people have done here for generations.
We also follow a small forest path that has been used in the past when transporting ore through the area – a quiet reminder of the history connected to this landscape.
After the walk, we gather in the lavvu.
Here you will enjoy traditional Sámi flavors – gahkku (Sámi bread), dried reindeer meat and cloudberry jam, together with coffee, tea or berry juice.
When weather conditions allow, we light an open fire in the center of the lavvu, creating a warm and atmospheric setting.
During this time, we share stories about Sámi culture, life in the North and the importance of the animals.
A deeper, more immersive experience where nature, culture and animals come together.
